Independence day celebration at Volontariat crèche and KG
A boy of Volontariat, RAGHU, 21 yrs old, sponsored through the Belgium Committee, is very happy to share with us that he won a “Champion of Champion Award” in South India Yoga Competition, held on 15-02-09 at Chennai, for the age group of 21 to 25 yrs.
His father, a handicapped cured leprosy, was a worker, now retired, of Atelier Shanti .
RAGHU has completed his Diploma in Yoga and Physiotherapy with more than 9 years of learning and practicing Yoga. He even was teaching Yoga as volunteer to the prisoners of Pondicherry on the request of Police Department.
He is taking classes in few schools as part timer to earn his pocket money. Time to time, he also train the young ones of Volontariat, on need
before the competitions or demonstrations. Presently he is doing his 1st year Degree course as academic studies too.
